Description

A new kind of role. We're hiring people who are genuinely good at generating content with AI video and image models — and who understand that prompting well is a craft, not a shortcut. If you've been making things with Midjourney, Runway, Kling, Veo, or Flux and people can't tell, we want to talk.

Pay: ₹25,000 – ₹1,25,000 per month, set by portfolio and interview, plus performance bonus

Performance bonus: tied to the reach and engagement of the content you generate.

This role converts. Strong performers receive a pre-placement offer for a full-time role at AICines or one of our partner production companies. We're also open to contract arrangements.

Interns, junior, and mid-level candidates all welcome — we hire on what you've built, not years.

Responsibilities

Generate video and image content using current AI models

Develop prompt systems for consistent characters, styles, and worlds

Work with the production team to hit specific creative briefs

Test and evaluate new models as they release

Document what works so the rest of the team can use it

Requirements

Hands-on experience with AI video and/or image tools

A body of work you can show — Instagram, YouTube, Drive

Real visual taste, not just tool familiarity

Understanding of consistency, continuity, and style control

No formal background needed — this field is two years old
