Associate Product Manager

Description

We're hiring APMs to own pieces of the AICines product — creator tools, publishing flows, the leaderboard, and the AI generation experience. You'll work directly with founders, engineers, and designers, and ship things people use.

Pay: ₹25,000 – ₹1,50,000 per month, set by portfolio and interview, plus performance bonus

Performance bonus: tied to shipped features and the metrics they move.

This role converts. Strong performers receive a pre-placement offer for a full-time role at AICines or one of our partner production companies. We're also open to contract arrangements.

Responsibilities

Own a product area end to end — from problem to shipped feature

Write specs, user stories, and acceptance criteria engineers can build from

Talk to creators and users, and turn what you hear into product decisions

Prioritise ruthlessly and say no to good ideas that aren't now

Track feature performance and iterate

Work with design and engineering daily

Requirements

Clear structured thinking and strong written communication

Comfortable with data — you can read a funnel and form a view

Genuine curiosity about how products work and why users behave as they do

Bonus: prior PM, internship, or side-project experience

Any stream — engineering, design, business, and liberal arts all welcome
