Description

We're hiring business analysts to sit between product, growth, and the founders — turning messy questions into clear answers. Pricing, unit economics, market sizing, competitor analysis, and the models behind our decisions.

Pay: ₹25,000 – ₹1,25,000/month (~$300–$1,500 USD equivalent), set by portfolio and interview, plus performance bonus. Open to candidates worldwide — pay is set in INR but paid via international transfer.

Performance bonus: tied to analyses that shape decisions and shipped process improvements.

This role converts. Strong performers receive a pre-placement offer for a full-time role at AICines or one of our partner production companies. We're also open to contract arrangements.

Responsibilities

Build financial and operating models — unit economics, pricing, forecasts

Analyse product and growth data to find where the business leaks

Research markets, competitors, and category trends

Turn founder questions into structured analysis with clear recommendations

Build and maintain reporting for leadership

Support fundraising and partnership material with data

Requirements

Strong Excel or Google Sheets — modelling, not just formatting

Comfortable with SQL or willing to learn fast

Structured thinker who can break an ambiguous question into parts

Clear written communication — your analysis has to be readable

Any stream — commerce, economics, engineering, and MBA all welcome
