Business Operations Associate

Description

We're hiring business operations associates to keep AICines running — process, vendors, tooling, reporting, and the hundred things that break when a company scales fast. High ownership, high variety.

Pay: ₹25,000 – ₹90,000 per month, set by portfolio and interview, plus performance bonus

Performance bonus: tied to process improvements shipped and operational targets met.

This role converts. Strong performers receive a pre-placement offer for a full-time role at AICines or one of our partner production companies. We're also open to contract arrangements.

Responsibilities

Build and document processes across teams as we scale

Manage vendors, tools, subscriptions, and budgets

Run operational reporting for leadership

Coordinate across engineering, content, marketing, and production

Own recurring operational workflows and automate what repeats

Solve whatever is currently blocking the company

Requirements

Organised, and comfortable owning things without being chased

Strong Excel or Google Sheets

Clear written communication

Comfortable with ambiguity — a lot of this role is figuring out what needs doing

Any stream welcome
