AICines is hiring 300 Campus Ambassadors across India to represent an AI-powered production and streaming platform on their campus. You'll be the face of AICines at your college — building a creator community, running campaigns, and bringing your campus onto a platform where students actually get to make and publish films, edits, and short-form content.

This is a paid role with a fixed monthly stipend plus performance incentives. It is not a referral-only or unpaid program.

Performance incentive: up to ₹35,000/month, based on signups and creator activity you drive on your campus.

This role converts. Strong ambassadors get first look at internships and full-time roles at AICines.

We expect every candidate to have spent real time with the AICines product before the interview. Go through aicines.com and the platform itself: understand how the creator leaderboard works, how Minis work, and how creators actually publish and get discovered on AICines.

Every interview starts with this. Candidates who haven't explored the product don't move forward — regardless of how strong the rest of the application is.

What you'll do

Build and run an AICines creator community on your campus

Drive signups and creator activity through peer outreach, WhatsApp groups, and campus channels

Run campus campaigns, challenges, and screenings around AICines content

Create and share short-form content about AICines on your own social channels

Represent AICines at college fests, tech events, and cultural events

Who we're looking for

Currently enrolled students, any year, any stream

Active on Instagram, WhatsApp, or LinkedIn with a real campus network

Genuinely interested in film, content, creators, or AI

Comfortable talking to people and starting things without being told to

You do not need prior experience, a big following, or a tier-1 college.
