Description

AICines is hiring 300 Campus Ambassadors worldwide to represent an AI-powered production and streaming platform on their campus.

You'll be the face of AICines at your college — building a creator community, running campaigns, and bringing your campus onto a platform where students actually get to make and publish films, edits, and short-form content.

This is a paid role with a fixed monthly stipend plus performance incentives. It is not a referral-only or unpaid program.

Pay: ₹10,000 fixed + up to ₹35,000 incentive (~$100 fixed + up to $350 incentive, ~$450 total USD equivalent). Open to students worldwide — pay is set in INR but paid via international wire transfer.

Performance incentive: up to $350 USD/month, based on signups and creator activity you drive on your campus.

This role converts. Strong performers receive a pre-placement offer for a full-time role at AICines or one of our partner production companies. We're also open to contract arrangements.

Responsibilities

Build and run an AICines creator community on your campus

Drive signups and creator activity through peer outreach, WhatsApp groups, and campus channels

Run campus campaigns, challenges, and screenings around AICines content

Create and share short-form content about AICines on your own social channels

Represent AICines at college fests, tech events, and cultural events

Requirements

Currently enrolled students, any year, any stream

Active on Instagram, WhatsApp, or LinkedIn with a real campus network

Genuinely interested in film, content, creators, or AI

Comfortable talking to people and starting things without being told to

No prior experience, big following, or tier-1 college required

Must have explored the AICines platform before the interview — every interview starts with this
