Community Manager

Description

We're hiring community managers to build and run the AICines creator community — Discord, WhatsApp, Instagram, and on-platform. You'll be the voice creators hear from and the reason they stay.

Pay: ₹25,000 – ₹90,000 per month, set by portfolio and interview, plus performance bonus

Performance bonus: tied to community growth and active creator retention.

This role converts. Strong performers receive a pre-placement offer for a full-time role at AICines or one of our partner production companies. We're also open to contract arrangements.

Every interview starts with this. Candidates who haven't explored the product don't move forward.

Responsibilities

Build and moderate the AICines creator community across Discord and WhatsApp

Run creator onboarding, challenges, and events

Answer creator questions and escalate product issues

Surface creator feedback to the product team

Identify and support top creators on the platform

Report on community health and activity weekly

Requirements

Have run or been active in an online community

Comfortable with Discord, WhatsApp, and Instagram

Patient, responsive, and good at defusing friction

Interest in creators, film, and internet culture
