Description

We're hiring writers for everything AICines and our partner production companies put into words — scripts and story concepts, social copy, campaign lines, platform content, and creator communications. You'll write both for humans and for AI generation pipelines. Range matters more than any single specialism.

Pay: ₹25,000 – ₹1,00,000 per month, set by portfolio and interview, plus performance bonus

Performance bonus: tied to the performance of the copy and content you ship.

This role converts. Strong performers receive a pre-placement offer for a full-time role at AICines or one of our partner production companies. We're also open to contract arrangements.

Responsibilities

Write scripts, loglines, and story concepts for short films and Minis

Write social copy, captions, and hooks for short-form content

Write campaign and marketing copy for AICines and partner brands

Write prompts and creative briefs for AI video and image generation

Write platform content — onboarding, creator guides, announcements

Adapt voice across brand, creator, and studio audiences

Requirements

Writing samples you're proud of — published or not

Strong command of English; Hindi is a real plus

Understand the difference between writing for a feed and writing for a page

Curious about film, creators, internet culture, and AI tools
