Role Description The Data Analyst role at AICines.ai is a remote position focused on turning platform and product data into actionable insights that support strategic and operational decisions. On a day-to-day basis, this role involves collecting, cleaning, and analyzing user behavior, content performance, and monetization metrics across the AICines ecosystem. The Data Analyst will build dashboards and reports for product, engineering, and business teams, identify trends and opportunities for growth, and support experimentation through A/B testing and data-driven recommendations. This position also includes collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to define KPIs, optimize workflows, and contribute to forecasting and performance measurement in a fast-paced AI and media startup environment.

Qualifications

Strong analytical skills and data analytics experience, with the ability to interpret complex datasets and derive clear, actionable insights.

Proficiency in statistics and statistical reasoning, including experience with hypothesis testing, trend analysis, and basic forecasting.

Experience in data modeling and working with structured and unstructured data, preferably using modern data tools or platforms.

Effective communication skills, including the ability to present findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders in a clear, concise manner.

Working knowledge of SQL and at least one analytics or scripting language (e.g., Python, R) and familiarity with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).

Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, or a related
