Data Analyst Intern

Description

We're hiring data analysts to make sense of how AICines actually performs — creator retention, leaderboard scoring, campaign attribution, and unit economics. Real datasets, real decisions riding on your work.

Pay: ₹25,000 – ₹1,25,000 per month, set by portfolio and interview, plus performance bonus

Performance bonus: tied to analyses that change decisions, not dashboards that sit unused.

This role converts. Strong performers receive a pre-placement offer for a full-time role at AICines or one of our partner production companies. We're also open to contract arrangements.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain dashboards on creator, viewer, and campaign performance

Write SQL to answer product and growth questions

Analyse cohort retention by acquisition source

Support attribution and marketing measurement work in GA4

Turn analysis into recommendations the team can act on

Automate recurring reporting

Requirements

SQL — the core requirement

Excel or Google Sheets to a solid level

Any BI tool — Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or Metabase

Bonus: Python (pandas), GA4, or statistics coursework

Any stream — commerce, economics, maths, and engineering all welcome
