Description

We're hiring digital content creators to make what AICines publishes — short-form video, social content, and AI-generated creative. If you make things people watch, this is the role.

Pay: ₹25,000 – ₹1,25,000 per month, set by portfolio and interview, plus performance bonus

Performance bonus: tied to the reach and engagement of the content you create.

This role converts. Strong performers receive a pre-placement offer for a full-time role at AICines or one of our partner production companies. We're also open to contract arrangements.

Interns, junior, and mid-level candidates all welcome — we hire on what you've built, not years.

Before you apply — this is not optional. We expect every candidate to have spent real time with the AICines product before the interview. Go through aicines.com and the platform itself: understand how the creator leaderboard works, how Minis work, and how creators actually publish and get discovered on AICines. Every interview starts with this. Candidates who haven't explored the product don't move forward.

Responsibilities

Create short-form video and social content for AICines channels

Generate video and image content using AI models

Shoot, edit, and publish end to end

Develop content formats and series that build an audience

Test what works across Instagram, YouTube, and the AICines platform

Collaborate with creators and influencers on content

Requirements

A body of work you can show — Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, or Drive

Comfortable on camera or behind it, editing your own work

Bonus: experience with AI tools like Midjourney, Runway, Kling, Veo, or Flux

Real taste — you know what holds attention and what doesn't

No formal background required
