Graduate Management Trainee

Description

We're hiring graduate management trainees to rotate across AICines — product, growth, operations, and content. A structured way into a fast-moving AI and entertainment company, with real ownership rather than shadowing.

Pay: ₹25,000 – ₹1,00,000 per month, set by portfolio and interview, plus performance bonus

Performance bonus: tied to project outcomes across your rotations.

This role converts. Strong performers receive a pre-placement offer for a full-time role at AICines or one of our partner production companies. We're also open to contract arrangements.

Responsibilities

Rotate across product, growth, operations, and content over the programme

Own a real project in each rotation with measurable outcomes

Work directly with founders and function leads

Build analysis and recommendations that get acted on

Support cross-functional initiatives as they come up

Choose a specialism by the end of the programme

Requirements

Recent graduates and final-year students across any discipline

Strong analytical and written communication skills

Comfortable with ambiguity and moving between very different problems

Genuine interest in media, entertainment, AI, or the creator economy

MBA and non-MBA candidates equally welcome
