Mobile App Developer

Description

We're hiring mobile developers to build the AICines apps — creator tools, video playback, publishing, and the mobile experiences behind our partner products. Flutter, React Native, or native Android — tell us what you know.

Pay: ₹25,000 – ₹1,50,000 per month, set by portfolio and interview, plus performance bonus

Performance bonus: tied to shipping milestones and app performance.

This role converts. Strong performers receive a pre-placement offer for a full-time role at AICines or one of our partner production companies. We're also open to contract arrangements.

Responsibilities

Build and ship features across the AICines mobile apps

Implement video playback, upload, and creator publishing flows

Integrate APIs including AI generation pipelines

Handle app performance, crashes, and store releases

Work with designers to ship interfaces that feel right

Own features end to end

Requirements

Flutter, React Native, Kotlin/Android, or Swift/iOS

Understanding of mobile app architecture and state management

Bonus: video playback, Firebase, or app store release experience

A GitHub, Play Store link, or shipped project
