Software Engineer
Description
We're hiring software engineers to build the AICines platform — the streaming product, creator tools, and the AI video pipelines underneath both. Real product, real users, real scale problems. Open to frontend, backend, and full stack.
Pay: ₹25,000 – ₹2,00,000/month (~$250–$2,000 USD equivalent), set by portfolio and interview, plus performance bonus. Open to candidates worldwide — pay is set in INR but paid via international transfer.
Performance bonus: tied to shipping milestones and feature delivery.
This role converts. Strong performers receive a pre-placement offer for a full-time role at AICines or one of our partner production companies. We're also open to contract arrangements.

Responsibilities
Build and ship features across the AICines web and mobile platform
Work on AI video generation pipelines and model integrations
Build creator-facing tools — leaderboard, Minis, publishing flows
Handle media infrastructure: storage, transcoding, delivery
Write tests and keep what ships stable
Own features end to end, from spec to production
Requirements
Solid fundamentals in at least one modern stack
Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Node, or Flutter
Bonus: LLM APIs, video processing, or cloud infrastructure
A GitHub or shipped projects — side projects and college work count fully
