Talent Acquisition Associate (HR)

Description

We're hiring talent acquisition associates to run recruitment at AICines. We're hiring at real scale this cycle — you'll be screening, interviewing, and building the hiring process as we grow.

Pay: ₹25,000 – ₹1,00,000 per month, set by portfolio and interview, plus performance bonus

Performance bonus: tied to hiring targets met and time-to-hire.

This role converts. Strong performers receive a pre-placement offer for a full-time role at AICines or one of our partner production companies. We're also open to contract arrangements.

Interns, junior, and mid-level candidates all welcome — we hire on what you've built, not years.

Every interview starts with this. Candidates who haven't explored the product don't move forward.

Responsibilities

Screen and shortlist candidates across creative, engineering, and business roles

Schedule and run first-round interviews

Manage the hiring pipeline end to end in our ATS

Source candidates directly on LinkedIn and other platforms

Handle onboarding, documentation, and offer letters

Run campus hiring and coordinate with our ambassador network

Requirements

Strong written and verbal communication — you're the first human contact candidates have

Organised, and comfortable managing volume without dropping people

Sound judgement about people, and willing to have direct conversations

Interest in recruitment, people ops, or organisational building

MBA/HR students, recent grads, and freshers all welcome
