Web Development Intern

We're hiring web development interns to build the AICines platform — the streaming product, creator tools, and the web experiences behind our partner production companies. Real product, real users, shipping in your first weeks.

Pay: ₹25,000 – ₹1,50,000 per month, set by portfolio and interview, plus performance bonus

Performance bonus: tied to shipping milestones and feature delivery.

This role converts. Strong performers receive a pre-placement offer for a full-time role at AICines or one of our partner production companies. We're also open to contract arrangements.

Go through aicines.com and the platform itself: understand how the creator leaderboard works, how Minis work, and how creators actually publish and get discovered on AICines. Every interview starts with this. Candidates who haven't explored the product don't move forward.

Responsibilities

Build and ship features across the AICines web platform

Work on creator-facing tools — leaderboard, Minis, publishing flows

Build responsive interfaces that work on every device

Integrate APIs, including AI generation and video pipelines

Fix bugs, write tests, and keep what ships stable

Own features end to end, from spec to production

Requirements

Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

Any modern framework — React, Next.js, Vue, Angular, or similar

Bonus: Node, Python, databases, or cloud basics

A GitHub or shipped projects — side projects and college work count fully
